Work Hours/Shift:

PRN, as needed

You Will Be Responsible For:
Follow up all accounts with balances to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.

Uses the system as directed by Management to expedite payment from all responsible parties.

Uses the system as directed by Management to reconcile each account correctly.

Work area is well organized.

Work is appropriately prioritized on a daily basis.

Adapts well when changes are made to policy.

Responsible for effective team communication.

Communicates with Coordinator and/or Operations Manager any issue that causes a payment delay.

Consistently helps other areas as directed by Coordinator, Manager or PFS Director.

Maintains a positive attitude at all times.

What You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Requires basic computer knowledge.

Needs to type 30 words per minute.

Job Summary:

Ensure accounts are current to maintain maximum account follow-up to provide financial viability of all Centralized Business Office institutes.

Review accounts as prompted by reports or patient inquiry to ensure accounts are followed-up and paid or disposed of properly.
