Job Summary:

Who You Are:

The Associate, Analytics is responsible for campaign reporting, analysis, insights generation, and data visualization across all digital media tactics including search, display, and social. As part of a team you will deliver ongoing reporting for assigned campaigns and clients with insights and recommendations for constant improvement throughout the campaign lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external teams.

  • Contribute to ongoing client reporting, insights and strategy reports
  • Present recommendations on campaign and landing page/website performance to clients or internal teams
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns and identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Provide analysis to identify critical issues/questions around campaign performance
  • An understanding of multi-channel marketing and analytics
  • Familiarity with Advertising Operations and campaign tagging/trafficking
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, or other campaign management platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with R, Python, or other programming language
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organized
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs, understanding and responding with a sense of urgency
  • Establish a strong working relationship with internal and external team members and stakeholders; ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Proactive in nature and eager to learn all things data and digital
  • A natural researcher, inquisitive, and interested in discovering the “why” behind data, with the ability to think strategically and connect information from various sources to tell a story
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is self-motivated
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with website reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar


Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, statistics, or business-related field. 2+ years of analytics experience in the field of digital media.
