A Principal possesses a maturing vision for their evolving market at local, regional and global levels, which they combine with exceptional research and analytical skills to produce pragmatic and/or provocative research for Gartner clients.

They also meet regularly with Gartner’s clients via in-person or virtual meetings to discuss complex client challenges and offer solutions.
