Associate Employer Installation Specialist – Wausau, WI or Remote

SM The Associate Employee Installation Specialist will be responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials.

This position is also responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents.

Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Candidates in Wausau, WI would also have the option to work at the office located at 115 W Wausau Ave., Wausau, WI 54401.

*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

Primary Responsibilities:
Review cost transparency care paths to confirm correct information in 270/271 process.

Routine review of mandated and core requirements to determine new coding/configuration New benefit coding in PBDB
– evaluate and determine how to configure and send for the 270/271 process Review accum coding to identify new or changes to the coding that impact the 270/271 process Routinely review vendor listing for new or updated vendors and benefit coding not included in the 270/271 configuration Audit reports produced by UMR for questionable benefit coding Review benefits for accounts coded with bypass to send the actual benefits for the 270/271 Review and process edit reports produced by 270/271 process Process weekly files and reports for Eligibility Support processes Provides Admin Support to Eligibility Support Team

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with 2+ years of experience working in an office / professional setting 1+ years of office or professional experience Ability to work 8:00 am
– 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and OT is done on weekends and throughout the week If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas.

In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders
Telecommuting Requirements:
Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas that provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Residing in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection (additional information on UnitedHealth Group approved internet providers and restrictions will be provided)
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel to include creating spreadsheets and formulas Basic experience with computers and Windows PC applications Business Analyst experience Experience in the healthcare insurance industry Claims processing or benefit administration experience Experience with EDI transactions Experience with DB2 and/or Mainframe
Soft Skill:
Experience working process improvement teams
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods working at a computer Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers and floor activity

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
