Job Description Time Type :Full time Role Details : SUMMARY Responsible for the education and confidential administration of employee benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, life, the employee assistance program, and disability insurance by performing the essential functions listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

* Educates and provides information on benefit eligibility, coverage options and other benefit related matters both in person and virtually.* Maintains benefit enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information and partners with leadership to make corrections as appropriate.* Works with employees to ensure required documentation for a qualifying life event is received prior to authorizing benefit election changes outside of a regular enrollment period.* Assists with administration of benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, life, the employee assistance program, and disability insurance.* Audits the benefit group changes to ensure ACA eligibility compliance and works with People Development to correct employee time types as appropriate.* Maintains benefits intranet/internet sites.* Maintains electronic employee benefit files.* Prepares enrollment mail outs and other benefit projects as directed.* Generates and compiles benefit related data into reports as directed* Attends and participates in team meetings, training sessions, and company-sponsored programs as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS * Two years administrative related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.* Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS* Knowledge of applicable labor laws regarding EEO/AAP, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, preferred WORK AVAILABILITY * Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined by management.* Must be regularly available and willing to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or such other hours per day or hours per week as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.* Must be available and willing to work such weekends and holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS * This position requires occasional travel with overnight stays* Must meet driver’s license requirements as required by the Company* Must be able to legally obtain a rental vehicle in all states in which the company does business* Must have current auto liability insurance PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
