Description Position at Dominion Enterprises PrimeStreet, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is seeking aBilingual Customer Advocateto join our Customer Success Team in a very exciting opportunity. This is a fully remote position.The Bilingual Customer Advocate will be responsible for engaging new customers over the phone and walking them through a qualification process with a concierge approach.We believe that great customer service is more than just answering questions. You speak with confidence and youre a strong communicator.Flexible with schedule as shifts require weekend hours and some holidays.Ability to work in a team atmosphere and work independently.Qualifications:Must be Bilingual – Spanish/EnglishExcellent interpersonal/customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Monday through Friday as well as weekendsHigh energy, fun, and engaged in work culture2 years of customer service experience required. Call center experience a plus.Experience with the Google Suite is preferred/helpful but not necessary.High School diploma/equivalent required.
