The Brand team is looking for a driven individual who will primarily be responsible for day-to-day coordination of specific marketing projects including various brand partnerships, social media and influencer work.

This person will need to be creative, well organized, and work well cross functionally.This position reports to the Assistant Brand Manager and is a hybrid in-office role based in San Francisco.Responsibilities:Support with various larger scale brand partnership administrative needs including updating cross-functional calendars/files, organizing partnership assets etc.Assist with growing and promoting brand social impact partnerships in a meaningful way.

Oversee daily communication with impact partners.

Own impact tracker for future promotional & cross-functional needs.Monitor for cultural impact moments & social impact trends.Communicate brand updates to PR team as needed and assisting with misc.

ongoing PR needs (partnerships, events etc).Support Social Media Marketing.

Own, organize and share social and influencer content tracker assets accordingly.

Assist with daily community management on owned social responding to DM’s, comments etc.

Assist with daily influencer campaign management answering questions, negotiations, content approval, performance tracking etc.Support where needed with daily logistics & communication for monthly store activationsContinuously monitor social & brand platforms for cultural, influencer, business and brand trends.

Share with team accordingly.Bring new ideas and thought-starters to team on all projects.Misc.
