We are looking for Implementation Analyst – Dayforce with one of direct clients in Irving, TX Job Description:Position: Implementation Analyst – DayforceDuration: Fulltime PermanentLocation: Irving, TX Summary of Position:The Business Analyst will be hands on role and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business systems and customer facing SaaS applications support services.

This includes 24x7x365 support of all applications that are currently deemed production.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient support of HRIS, Accounting, Legal and IT Operations systems and follows to meet all business systems goals and objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Support and other peripheral systems as a technical/functional systems engineer on day-to-day basis.Ability to understand business requirements, design solutions, and test, implement the solutions in non-production and production environments.Provide user and product support, working on multiple modules of Dayforce modules like (Core HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Benefits and recruiting).Support other business systems in Human Resources, Legal, Property Management, Accounting business functions.Ensure efficient processes and documentation exist to support internal systems and applications, including steps to diagnose & restore services for significant impairments, or escalate as needed.Work with the Service Desk to ensure proper escalation and resolution procedures.Work with the Human Resources Department on day-to-day issues, configuration changes and projects involving updates/upgrades to support software.Ability to build relationships with business users and stakeholders to managed business systems support services.Commitment to following ITIL processes such as Incident, Service Request, Major Incident, Problem and Change Management.Utilize metrics them to improve the overall business systems support and performance of the team by improving processes and procedures.Manage application lifecycles, including deployment, regular patch mgmt., upgrades, and sun-setting.Provide technology leadership and expertise for enterprise information systems that include but are not limited to HRIS, Travel Systems, Content Management System, Digital Asset Management, Digital Signature Systems, Expense Reporting Systems, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Payroll and Benefits.Help with technical assessment, selection, and implementation of new business IT functionalities or new technologies.Perform other duties as assigned for future support services or projects.

Education and Experience Requirements:This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or similar fields or relevant business applications experiences.4 to6 years of relevant experience.

Previous Multi-Family or other relevant industry experience at an Enterprise level is preferred.Knowledge of various ITIL/ITSM concepts, practices, and procedures.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Adept at performing a variety of tasks.

Ability to remotely manage and work with applications product support teams.Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and internal teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities or support or projects simultaneously.Experienced in fast growing, changing environment.Experience on-boarding new applications or establishing new support processes.

Prior experience supporting business applications in HRIS/Legal/Finance/IT operations from scratch is a plus.Experience segmenting and managing applications from a parent company via a divestiture a plus.Seeks to optimize performance by finding efficiencies through automating processes and building tools to simplify daily tasks.Well-rounded background of infrastructure and application technologies.Comprehensive knowledge of Ceridian is a plus.Experience supporting and integrating other HR systems used to manage benefits and recruiting.Considerable writing proficiency and visual design skills, oral presentation skills, problem solving and decision-making skills.
