Kelly is looking for a dynamic Capacity Planning Coordinator II in Lewisville, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in SCM or related field, 5+ years material planning and scheduling experience and strong Excel experience (including pivot tables and V-Lookups).

This is a 6-month role, with possibility of extension.

*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS AN EMPLOYEE (ON W-2 BASIS) *** NO C2C, 1099, etc.

Location: On site / Lewisville, TX Pay: $32.00
– $38.00/hour DOE and EDU Shift: Monday
– Friday, Days
In this role you will:
Assist with capacity planning and scheduling of all project initiatives working cross-departmentally within the company.

Collaborate with supplier partner teams and support them where needed for all projects.

Assist in managing reporting to ensure operational fulfillment and reporting compliance, timeliness, and accuracy.

Be customer focused, articulate, and motivated.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining key cross-functional internal and external relationships.

Maintain Shipped Notifications, Invoice tracker and Supplier Issue Log.

Analytical skills-detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.

Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred 5+ years’ experience in supply chain & material planning roles Outstanding communication, organization, attention to detail, management experience, and interpersonal skills required.

Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.

Self-starter that is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal.

Enjoys a fast-paced learning environment.

Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Possess an understanding and ability to use additional Microsoft Office products, primarily Advanced Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups) Outlook, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

Microsoft Access knowledge a plus.
