Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Provides administrative and clerical support to staff by answering phones, typing, filing, copying, communicating with other departments and completing special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.

Specific activities may change from time to time.

Provides exceptional administrative support for special projects involving gathering information, analyzing facts and compiling information to ensure increased productivity for the department.

Create all claim files by entering them into the automation system.

Types memos, labels, letters, reports and other correspondence for the department.

Performs follow-up on all suspense according to CRC policy and procedure.

Files, faxes, and copies correspondence and other documents as needed.

Answers telephone and gives information to callers, transfers calls to appropriate staff, completes messages, or follows up as necessary.

Sorts and distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.

Scans new mail.

Performs claim status requests and updates.

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management as needed.

Maintain office supplies and equipment for department/office.

Performs other duties as assigned.
