US-Remote | US-Remote Category: Client Service/Support Job Overview We’re looking for bright, project-oriented people with a customer centric approach to work with our team.

As a Client Solutions Partner, you will play an instrumental role in influencing the client’s talent management initiatives and designing solutions that will have a direct impact on the client’s success.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, performs well in a collaborative team environment, learns quickly, has an analytical mindset, and desires to continuously develop their skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications What You’ll Do: Serve as an expert resource for clients and internal stakeholders on topics related to pre-hire assessments, video interviewing, reference checking, talent management and talent acquisition Plan, lead and execute consulting projects that support the implementation of our pre-employment assessment tools including solutions design, assessment validation, competency modeling and selection process design Build rapport and trust with client decision-makers in support of long-term strategic relationships Develop and deliver compelling presentations to client stakeholders linking talent strategy to business outcomes Partner closely with internal teams, including Client Success, Talent Analytics, Technology, Sales, and End User Support to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients Assist the Sales and Client Success teams in identifying and converting new sales opportunities by understanding and defining client requirements, anticipating client needs and assisting in scoping and developing optimal solutions for clients Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, research and competitors What You’ll Need: M.A.

or Ph.D.
