is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the design and implementation of compensation/reward structures, programs, and policies.

The role will also be focused on conducting research to support the job pricing of all Point B jobs, including associate and executive levels.

This position supports updates and changes to Point B’s compensation systems and plays a key role in supporting the compensation processes, including rate review and bonus cycles.

The successful candidate has a strong analytical curiosity and excels at navigating ambiguous situations. *WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:* Gathers market data and performs analyses to help benchmark positions Conduct detailed analyses involving potential changes to current cash and spend programs, as well as the development of new programs Support the preparation of compensation reports for executives and the Board of Directors Assist with the preparation of firm data submissions for compensation surveys and analyzes results Supports creation of semi-annual or annual compensation analysis, including wage analysis, bonus analysis and forecasting Ensure that compensation data stays up to date and consistent Provide ongoing support for Compensation Rhythm of the Business activities which includes creating scorecards for new hires, tracking and managing updates to bonus targets Maintain compensation content and create employee facing documents and communications Collaborate with Human Resources and Compensation team to strategically roll out and communicate policy updates, changes, and designs to compensation plans Supports the annual compensation cycle with focus on market information, equity, and performance Supports monthly sales commission processing, including auditing and aligning with other ongoing strategies and processes Explore compensation system functionality to ensure that Point B is getting the most out of the system and using it to Point B’s advantage Supports team effort and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams.  *WHAT WE OFFER OUR ANALYSTS:* The opportunity to affect the learning approach for our firm’s future  The chance to impact the journey of our employees’ growth and development  An environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and the support to make it happen  The opportunity to build and be part of a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their work  Participation in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point Bers (e.g., Firm-wide Operations meetings, Geo meetings)   *WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:    * Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field  1+ years of experience in compensation analysis, finance, analysis, or a related highly analytic field  Compensation analysis experience highly desired Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail Strong fluency with Excel formulas, functions, and macros  Solid understanding of finance and business concepts; strong financial and business acumen mindset with an ability to apply good judgement and professional integrity into decision-making  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines  Ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with the following systems a plus: Python of Workday  *THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:* Natural curiosity, ability to ask questions of data and dig deeper to gain understanding, analyzing data to find the meaning behind the numbers A self-starter, highly responsive and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative environment, flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations; works well under pressure  Service oriented and adaptable to different work styles and personalities, attentive to detail and committed to achieving customer / company goals  Ability to work from home   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team  Willingness to work a flexible schedule during critical business times   *YOUR OFFICE HOME BASE:* (Any Point B Office Location)(https://www.pointb.com/locations/)  #EL  #LI-PB *INTRIGUED TO LEARN MORE?*When you apply for this role, your information will be personally reviewed by our talent acquisition team (not by a robot).
