You are a solid practitioner with skills to educate and help Agile teams at differing levels of maturity.

You will also work with senior leadership to increase team effectiveness and implement Agile principles.

As the coach, you will have a toolkit of experience and an extensive track record of introducing best practices, overcoming hurdles and ensuring that the team has all the necessary skills to make them successful.Responsibilities And DutiesDrive and build a scaled agile process at the portfolio level for highly regulated organization that delivers both products and services, and how they can deliver solutions for it while keeping complianceWork with the teams and executive business owners to guide details and focus on building a high level of quality while understanding the big pictureProvide support on building Agile process and artifactsFacilitate executive sessions with an eye on process and related best practicesProvide guidance for the development of a sustainable Agile FrameworkTravel Requirement: Must have the ability to travel domestically approximately up to 80% of the time to meet client needs.

(when safe to travel)Skills And QualificationsExperience executing and implementing Agile projects in large, complex, scaled environments at the Portfolio levelDeep knowledge of Scaled Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organizationExperience working with scaling Agile solutions such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DaD, SoSAt least 5 years of progressive coaching experience in successfully guiding large-scale SAFe / Agile transformationsMultiple demonstrated deliveries of the “SAFe Value Stream and ART Identification Workshop”Have delivered “SAFe for Executives” training/workshopHands-on experience applying Lean / Agile methodologies within software, infrastructure, hardware, and operational environmentsSenior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to influence at all levels from executive to delivery teams by example and challenge command and control behaviorsExcellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, Facilitation and communication skillsSolid executive presence with focus on results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitudeAble to take a pragmatic approach in coaching with the ability to adapt based on the agile `readiness` of the teams you are working with.Knowledge and experience using behavioral change methods (Kotter, ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)Previous experience in management consulting and solution-based professional servicesAble to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to manage clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planningAbility to work with diverse teams across different time zones|CertificationsAgile certifications – Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC) preferredProficiency with multiple Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.G.
