Job Title: Client Service Agent

Temp role

Location: Remote (Training onsite in Dallas for 3 weeks before going remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
General Responsibilities:

The Client Service Agent (CSA) is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including handling inbound inquiries via email from a ticketing system, which is currently FreshDesk, or chat-in Intercom. The CSA is responsible for processing vendor records, payment status inquiries, client outreach, updates on records, setup of QuickPay and Select Carrier options, and detailed problem resolution through troubleshooting and other various requests in the systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in client service and actively demonstrate the commitment to client retention and teamwork
Essential Job Functions:

  • Answer and manage inbound inquiries from clients in a prompt, courteous manner

  • Communicate and partner with clients to offer support and solutions to customers

  • Introduce carriers to the various options for payment

  • Provide exceptions customer service to internal and external customers


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

  • One (1) year of client service/customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Freight, transportation or general factoring, or logistics industry experience is preferred.

  • Bilingual in Spanish
