Job Description Get ready to join a reputable organization We offer great training, a valuable experience, the ability to work independently and enjoy a great work life balance as a Customer Service Representative for MMC Group MMC IS HIRING Call Center Representatives to start 10.05.21 Full time shifts available Monday – Friday between 8 am – 6:30pm Bilingual, Veterans, & IWD’s are encouraged to apply $1000 SIGN ON BONUS when converted JOB SUMMARY: The Client Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Experience working in a health or human services call center Knowledge of the community to be served Ability to follow directions Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; cultural Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently 1 year customer service experience JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls from consumers including the public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies. Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems. Answer incoming calls from consumers and providers requesting information about the Medicaid Newborn process, Good Cause, and/or Presumptive Eligibility for children. Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines. Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems. Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines. Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. Attend meetings and training as requested and maintains up to date knowledge of all programs and systems. We Strongly Prefer Availability to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM 6-12 months call center and/or tech support (Experience must be listed on resume) Ability to type efficiently High School Graduate or GED Proficient in utilization of Zoom Basic computer aptitude in Windows and/or Mac Ability to handle 100 calls a day, handle multiple repetitive calls Environmental Requirements Include Internet Access; Minimum of 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload A quiet, professional work-space free from distractions High Speed Internet Modem firewalls should be disabled for proper VPN and product access Logical problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to utilize the client approach to troubleshooting Organization and work prioritization skills Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and perform under pressure Equipment provided Your Impact Our Customer Service Representatives are a very important part of our MMC Family.
