With over 30 years of healthcare administrative experience woven into the DNA of our powerful software and 120+ hospital and facility partners, we are rapidly reinventing healthcare management.n n Job Summaryn n As a Senior Credentialing Specialist you will play a key role in the growth of the company by building and maintaining the highest standard credentialing processes and procedures.

From defining our credentialing process to interfacing with our clients and operations team, you”ll be fundamental to our success.

You will be responsible for defining and owning Intiva Health”s Credentialing process in compliance with all Federal, State, Health Plan, and NCQA Standards.n n Responsibilitiesn Build Credentialing Processes: Design, build, and maintain all of Intiva Health”s credentialing processes Manage all Credentialing Files: Manage internal and external new credentialing files, obtaining and evaluating primary source verification of provider credentials, maintaining records of expired verification, and ensuring the completeness of a file to perform verification of credentials Communicate with Clinicians and Clients: Be a first-line communicator with clinicians, healthcare entities, external verification sources and services, and internal teams Maintain Data Integrity: Maintaining a current and accurate, system-wide data repository for provider information.

This includes establishing and updating provider profiles within our database Credentialing Compliance: You will maintain all of our credentialing compliance procedures and audit processes across the organization Skills & Qualificationsn Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred 3+ Years of Relevant Credentialing Experience (i.e Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers) Expert familiarity with NCQA credentialing policies and procedures and delegated credentialing Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills Ability to handle large volume pipelines with ease and professionalism Adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a startup where things move at lightning speed Professional Experience utilizing tools Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs), Adobe, MacOS Experience credentialing providers for Telemedicine preferred, but not mandatory Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)n n Powered by JazzHRn nZawBMiBGk5 nnby Jobblenn
