CRM – Summer 2021


This is a Full-time position in Plano, TX posted May 1, 2021.

This position will work closely with the CRM Development Team to support, create, and test solutions and integrations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. These solutions will leverage out-of-the-box functionality native to Microsoft CRM where possible and extend the platform using custom development and interfaces between CRM and other systems. As a part of Tyler’s corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector. Location Plano, Texas Travel 0-5 Responsibilities Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Microsoft CRM Online platform Develop, test, and document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a CRM Online platform Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used Develop custom workflows or plug-ins for Dynamics CRM Online Complete data validations and bulk data changes Liaise with IT and related Business Units on solution requirements Work with Tyler IT teams to provide support and troubleshooting of Dynamics CRM and related applicationsinterfaces Qualifications Ability to conduct independent research and present recommendations based upon findings. Prior software development experience with HTML JavaScript.
