The location of the position is open.The primary responsibility of this position is to provide remote expertise to clients with projects and training needs.

You’ll be the voice and educator of CSI and see how our customers truly benefit from our products.

The service provided by this team will enhance and supplement the activities of the Customer Experience groups.Responsibilities may include:Troubleshooting, researching, and responding to customer questions and issues using CSI Customer Portal-CRM and/or phoneSupporting Demand Deposit, Saving, MICR, ACH, Card Services, and other various applicationsContinuous learning of CSI’s other products to meet specific skill levels and goals of the departmentDeposit application balancing, research, and trainingPost-implementation tasks and training.Ancillary application assistance such as Teller, NuFund, CSI IQ, etc.Other duties as assigned.In this role, you will get to:Assist clients in developing a deeper knowledge of the NuPoint enterprise and Banking Solution products and services.Communicate options and solutions that help clients support and grow their businesses.Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for existing clients to use more of our enterprise.Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as client needs evolve, and project demands change.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent communication skills
