Overview

In the role of Customer Onboarding Specialist, YOU will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and transition to the ServiceSHIFT platform for businesses in the USD 1.3T Home Services and Field Service Management categories.

This role is for someone who is comfortable with technology and enjoys working with new people regularly. 

Responsibilities
Train customers and their staff in the use of the software system features & benefits Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the use of the software Manage and track all aspects of the customer’s onboarding process Nurture customer relationships Constantly increase software knowledge as new releases are made available Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help achieve customer success

Qualifications
Amazing communications skills Previous experience leading software training is highly desirable Experience with using CRM systems Experience with online meeting platforms (ex.

Zoom) Familiarity with field management software and / or dispatch platforms
