Customer Success Engineer

Striim, Inc.

This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted August 20, 2021.

Striim is hiring a Customer Success Engineer, a passionate technical leader who engages our customers throughout the life cycle on the Striim Platform.

A Customer Success Engineerpartnered with a Customer Success Manager to create a guided journey through the solution implementation phaseswill be principally responsible for new customer onboarding, solution architecture strategy, and technical enablement for existing customers.

In a highly customer-focused role, Striims Success Engineers are driving teams to operational excellence, continuous learning, and mission critical innovation.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding of new Striim customers, delivering learning, technical enablement, and implementation guidance throughout the deployment process.

Support seamless transition from presales prototypes to post-sales production deployments.

Conduct periodic health checks and ensure operational excellence for Striim customers.

Identify new areas within the customer environment to grow Striim footprint Be the voice of the customer, coordinating with Striim Customer Support and product development to drive product evolution and technical innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or better in computer science, engineering, data science or a similar discipline 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role preferred.

Strong knowledge of relational and nosql databases, and SQL Programming Language Proficient knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and shell scripting Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data services such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS Knowledge in working with, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems based on Linux and Windows Experience working with message systems such as Kafka and JMS; network protocols and connectivity; and computer security are desired Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies are desired but not required.
