Our Director of Digital, Project & Product Integration spearheads the growth, development, delivery and profitability of our digital services, consumer products and member solutions. He/she manages the projects and initiatives that fall within the digital, consumer products, delivery or member engagement space. This role requires a highly complex and analytical mindset to identify opportunities, build digital solutions, create/manage products and communicate strategies to grow member utilization of AFFCU products and services. The incumbent interprets data from all areas of the organization and presents self-service and product growth opportunities using scalability and efficiencies. He/she champions and leads digital, project and product efforts across the entire Credit Union.

What you will be doing:

As a leader of people, our Director of Digital, Project & Product Integration must possess a continuously improving degree of emotional intelligence to coach, develop, and inspire direct reports to meet their fullest job responsibilities of offering a stellar internal and external member experience.

• Manages/develops product lifecycle of all AFFCU consumer deposit and loan products. Innovates, develops and manages digital delivery and self-servicing platforms of products.

• Owns and drive product strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital-first products and services (digital banking, mobile apps, digital acquisition/fulfillment, servicing, contactless credit/debit, ATMs, other alternative delivery channels).

• Integrates the organizational strategic roadmap and vision into the execution and growth of channels and fulfillment/conversion of new members, increased PPM/SPM, share of wallet, improving NPS metrics and others.

• Partners with SMEs and stakeholders to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan and multi-year strategy.

• Collaborates with industry colleagues, serves on advisory boards and partners with Fintech’s to asses and deploy best in class offerings for our members.

• Ability to craft a comprehensive product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy for digital growth in a multi-matrixed channel environment.

• Analyzes product and digital channel profitability; presents recommendations on outcome of data.

• Manages projects on behalf of the organization and chairs the Project Management Steering Committee.

• Serves as the primary contact for all credit union projects and delegates tasks among business owners and peers.

• Serves on other committees (ALCO, Product Pricing, and Steering Committees).

• Complies list of projects and sets the budget and sets product/project prioritization for the Credit Union.

• Work on managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies.

• Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the member through a variety of data sources.

• Assists in the creation of digital engagement dashboards and metrics, goals and efficacy evaluation of engagement efforts.

• Partners with Marketing to drive product, digital and self-service growth throughout the organization.

What you will bring along:

• 10+ years’ experience in digital product management, project management and/or product development or product management in a highly matrixed environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• MBA preferred.

• PMP certification required.

• Agile methodology familiarity.

• Six Sigma trained.
