We seek a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner interested in working on a dynamic team, who will support hiring across a multitude of business lines, such as Corporate, Wireless, and Technology.

If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team, we’d love to talk!Day-to-day job responsibilitiesFacilitate the full life-cycle recruitment flow of candidates from outreach to offer within DISH’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS)Handling the requisition creation and intake process, job postings, and candidates through applicant tracking system following consistent internal processes and reporting/tracking metricsPartner and build rapport with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to understand the hiring needs, business, products, services, and DISH cultureEnsure a high-touch, positive candidate experience and develop the ability to brief external talent on overall business while also presenting a solid employee value proposition for respective business functions and specific opportunities.Build a pipeline of talent through strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Facilitate/organize group and 1:1 training to the business as needed i.E.

interview training, Linkedin educationImplement/roll-out new company policies to supporting business unitsAchieve Weekly, Monthly and Annual interview/hiring metricsAdditional projects as assignedSpecific qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2-4 (+) years of experience in full-life cycle recruiting in hunter and or relationship management capacityProficiency with a Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, a plusDevelops skills in managing available resources to meet planned objectivesEncourages and facilitates discussions regarding talent pipelineAdvanced communication(verbal and written) skillsChampions the career development of others, helping to identify and prioritize development objectives.Relocation assistance is available as the Talent Acquisiton Partner position will be located at either our Littleon, CO or Englewood, CO locations.Compensation: $55,800.00/Yr.
