nn nn n nn nn Job Description:nn Responsible for leading the development and implementation of site training and support schedules through completion.

Act as the site’s main training point of contact, including working with Site Leadership to oversee training curriculum assignment and execution.

This role requires facilitating presentations and workshops for Site Leadership such as the CMIO, CNIO and/or Department Heads.

nn n nn nn Daily tasks include: tracking training completion, providing status updates, answering curriculum questions, and managing the training team for your site.

Training Coordinators, Deputy Training Coordinators and Trainers will report to the Lead Training Coordinator.

The Lead Training Coordinator will report to the Cohort Lead.nn nn n nn nn Daily Expectations: nn Lead execution of appropriate learning curriculum to meet client business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices.

Incorporate industry best practices to improve evaluation of learning solution effectiveness aligned with performance and business outcomes.

Facilitate working sessions with groups of high stakes holders at the site and Project Management Office level to create a better working knowledge of curriculum design and focus areas.

Lead coordination of project work at assigned facility.

Identify, evaluate and drive opportunities for process improvement including process definition and decisions.

Consult with and coordinate between client and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies.
