This is a Full-time position in fort worth, tx posted April 29, 2021.

The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Executive Administrator to provide administrative support to members of the Executive Management Team.This position is temporarily-remote.

That means that this position is currently remote due to COVID.

However, once we transition back into the office, the manager would prefer for this person to work in the physical office.

What You Can Look Forward to Coordinates the Executive Managers’ calendars and independently schedules appointments. Screens correspondence and responds independently when necessary.

Routes correspondence or action items to appropriate senior staff and requests action/information on behalf of the Executive Managers.

Initiates follow-up to ensure item was handled if a reply or specific action is requested. Makes detailed travel arrangements and itineraries for the Executive Managers including air travel, ground transportation and lodging. Prepares and submits all expense reports for the Executive Managers.Prepares presentations for Executive Managers.Arranges programs, events, or meetings by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information and controlling event budget.Prepares and maintains correspondences and documents as it relates to committees and meetings the Executive Managers oversee.Takes and transcribes minutes, and composes and prepares confidential correspondences, reports, and other complex documents.

Acts as the custodian of corporate documents and records.Anticipates needs of Executive Managers and acts accordingly.Coordinates Executive Managers’ activities with Senior Leadership team.Coordinates with clients as required to support escalations, visits, conference support, etc.Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.Must maintain strict confidentiality of information obtained through email, meetings, correspondence, etc.Regular and reliable attendance.Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management.

Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks.Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Associates degree required.A minimum of five years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant required.Expert in Microsoft application suite, including but not limited to, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Superior verbal and written communication skills necessary to comprehend and compile communication on behalf of the Executive Managers.Proven ability to adapt to change.

Being able to change priorities and quickly move from one task to another as dictated by their executives.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Travel is required to attend off-site committee meetings and events.Bachelor of Science degree desired.Three years’ experience as Executive Administrator desired.
