Job Title: Executive Assistant Reports To: Chief Investment OfficerSince its founding in 2006, Aspen Heights Partners has developed, marketed, and managed many purpose built student housing and multifamily projects, with a full pipeline for future projects both in and outside of the student housing industry.With extensive growth in the forecast, Aspen Heights Partners will continue to build upon existing strategies, while hiring and developing new talent to push the bar for innovation and excellence in the multi-family development and management industries.Job Description:The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team of 3 C-Suite executives
– Our CEO, CIO, and COO.

This individual must be highly organized and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities: Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; file organization and upkeep Maintain the team’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel Enter financial metrics and reporting data.

Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information Take meeting notes and communicate frequently about project status and schedules Provide requested pre/post meeting preparation Pre-event preparation on presentation material and event agenda Individual must be willing to work a flexible schedule, extra hours and the ability to manage changing priorities on a daily basis Complete personal tasks to assist executives as needed Additional administrative duties as neededKey Characteristics: Problem Solving
