POSITION SNAPSHOT:
Provides administrative support to svp/cio & innovation.

Keeps official corporation records and executes administrative policies, otherwise relieving officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing their assigned duties.

Day in the life…
Frequently interacts with members of the corporate and field executive and senior management teams.
Greets scheduled visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person.
Composes, prepares, and maintains correspondence, reports, and other complex documents including PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and spreadsheets as needed.
Schedules a variety of standard and ad hoc meetings between the executives and other members of the leadership team, direct reports, vendors, and others.
Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, including extensive domestic and international travel.
Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies and monitors compliance to them.
Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, preparing agendas, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
Schedules and coordinates conference calls, including regular General Manager conference calls.

Relieves the receptionist as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS
Associate’s degree (A.

A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Five to seven years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a high degree of punctuality
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a proven ability to work effectively both individually and on teams
Comfortable supporting and communicating with executives, senior managers, and individual contributors
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Knowledge of Office 365 and a variety of travel websites preferred
Accounting background preferred
Additional Information
This position does not require travel
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
