– 5:00 PM, flexible with start and end times Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Executive Office Assistant (Advanced Word & Excel Exp req.) Description Our client in the financial industry is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to add to their team in Bloomington, MN.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and assisting administrative support to facilitate our client’s operations and objectives.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional that is well versed in MS Word and Excel and is comfortable wearing many hats.

Familiarity with financial services is strongly preferred but not required.

Executive Office Assistant (Advanced Word & Excel Exp req.) Responsibilities
• Assist executives with administrative tasks
• Manage third-party human resources provider
• Open and close the office
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and branded merchandise
• Maintain filing system
• Maintain and submit expense reports
• Make travel arrangements as needed
• Process and maintain employee records
• Onboard new employees
• Greet visitors
• Answer phones
• Complete compliance questionnaires
• Maintain and file company registrations
• Maintain job descriptions, organization chart, and role procedures Executive Office Assistant (Advanced Word & Excel Exp req.) Qualifications
• 3 years of general administrative experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required
