Executive Strategy Analyst


This is a Full-time position in Addison, TX posted May 26, 2022.

As an Executive Strategy Sr.

Analyst, you will reimagine Numerator data to create compelling insights for senior executives at a set of CPG or retailer accounts.

You will join a new team at Numerator whose mission is to accelerate Numerator data becoming the new market standard.

This is an exciting initiative to blend analytics and business development to flood the market with better data and redefine core performance metrics like market share.

Key Responsibilities: Become an expert in your accounts and identify the strategic priorities of the senior business owners Partner with Managers & Directors to create timely, compelling insights responding to initiatives at your accounts using Survey, Insights, and TruView data, ensuring that Numerator data strengths are showcased Collaborate with your peers to share best practices and identify common use cases that would help engage executives at additional accounts Work with account teams to understand business priorities at all levels within each target account Develop and leverage a deep understanding of Numerator solutions and services including their key differentiators versus legacy approaches and competing offering Competencies: Strong team player who works well with others while also being an independent thinker Developing understanding of Numerator’s products and capabilities Strong desire to get into the minds of senior executives and shape their biggest priorities A robust analytical skill set coupled with the unique ability to turn data into compelling insights for an executive audience Passion for building in the ambiguity of a nascent area, with respect for larger organizational needs Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills Experience with US CPG POS & panel data and market dynamics Experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environments Experience: 2-4 years in consumer goods strategy, via direct experience (manufacturing or retail strategy/insights), management consulting, or other client-facing analysis and insights delivery Turning data into meaningful insights in a fast-paced, uncertain environment Proven track record of inventing new use cases / thinking outside the box using data What We Offer An inclusive and collaborative company culture
