Facilities Property Analyst

OverviewThe Facilities Property Analyst is responsible for coordinating facility related vendors and maintaining facility process and procedures on related occupancy related manners.

This team member will interact with internal and external personnel at all levels.

The Property Analyst provides support to the Facilities department as needed.ResponsibilitiesJOB DUTIES* Maintain all information in central repository as it relates to GM Financial property commitments including but not limited to reports, space plans, and lease agreements accurately and timely* Ensure GM Financial remains in compliance as it relates to the terms of the lease and does not enter into default* Provide the Accounting department with proper forms and or approval to ensure timely and accurate payment to landlords* Manage simultaneous construction projects* Assist in lease negotiations* Perform other duties as assigned* Conform with all company policies and procedures* Update space plans for all required location* Create funding documentsQualificationsKnowledge* Understanding of building, construction, and lease terms* Proficient in Excel and Word, PowerPoint* Proficient at AutoCADSkills* Possess ability to stay focused and prioritize while multi-tasking* Excellent customer service skills* Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills* Must be able to work independently and make effective decisions in a timely manner* Must be customer and results focused; maintain a high energy level; be open-minded/flexible; capable of staying calm during stressful situations* Possess the ability to review construction documents* Possess the ability to work independently and authoritatively to meet deadlines* Must be able to maintain confidentialityEducation* High School Diploma or equivalent required* Associate Degree preferred* Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience* 2-3 years in related field preferredWorking Conditions* Subject to loud noise* Some travel required* Normal office environment* Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers* Work additional hours based on production demands requiring mandatory overtime* Must be able to deal with stressful office conditions while troubleshooting problems#LI-CH1
