Job SummaryAdministers, analyzes, evaluates, and researches benefit plans and programs to support the company’s overall strategy.

Analyzes current benefits costs and trends to estimate impact on organization and tracks applicable benefits legislation.

Provides reports to management regarding employee benefits program.

Provides recommendations of benefit programs to management.Essential Functions:Implements and administers corporate benefits programs, policies, and proceduresAssists employees and resolves benefits issues, resolves issues with benefits providers and medical providers, serves as main contact with benefit brokerTracks benefits costs and ensures correct and timely billing and payroll deductionsMaintains employee benefits records and documentationDetermines impact of benefit programs and decisions through data analysis and regular reporting to management teamMonitors 401K retirement plan and processes changes, data uploads and employee depositsMonitors benefit trends and legislation and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations.Assists in developing benefit programs to meet the needs of the company while helping to increase employee retention.Manages annual open enrollment cycle for existing employees and employees gained through acquisitionEnsures ACA complianceEssential Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Human Resources preferred) or equivalent experience in a similar role5 – 7 years of experience in Employee Benefits administrationExcellent analytical skills and a demonstrated intellectual curiosityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced abilities in ExcelExcellent communication skills and an ability to connect with employeesWorking knowledge of HRIS systemsAbility to successfully work with multiple levels in the organizationAn ability to travel up to 10% of the time, and for extended periods related to acquisition activityBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401KShort and long term disabilityVoluntary LifePet InsuranceBe part of something big.
