**Business Systems RPA Project Lead**Are you a tech visionary who wants to play a critical role in the next wave of tech innovation?

At Deloitte, you will maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities of Robotic Process Automation for the GPS Business Systems Team.

As an RPA Project Lead, you will interface with internal clients to define and document requirements and manage the implementation of solutions primarily consisting of UI Path-based process automation.**Work you’ll do**As a Project Lead, you’ll be tasked with creating documentation including requirements, acceptance criteria, feature description, user guides, and process flows.

You’ll also be responsible for:+ Assisting the ITS Product Owner in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products.

Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.+ Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs, managing the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.+ Manage product development in collaboration with the solution architect and technology development team.**The team**The **GPS Business Systems** group supports the GPS Practice’s information technology systems by:+ Eliciting and managing requirements for changes to existing GPS Business Systems.+ Acting as the voice of the business in ITS development “sprints”.+ Facilitating approval of requirements with the Functional Leaders.+ Facilitating the proper participation and socialization of change requests.+ Acting as the Functional Project Lead for implementation projects.+ Monitoring the business requirements from design and development through testing and deployment to ensure business expectations are met.+ Heavily participating in functional testing.+ Issue identification, explanation, and resolution.+ Acting as the integration point between ITS and the business in order to provide the right person to make the right decision.+ Working with the business to document changes to current business practices and assist in process re-engineering efforts.+ Assisting in policy changes.+ Assisting in change management activities.+ Assisting in training documentation creation and training deployment.**Qualifications****Required:**+ Experience managing RPA project teams and coordinating multiple development projects simultaneously+ Experience working on engagements that have incorporated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and/or BluePrism+ Coding knowledge of SQL and VB.NET+ 2-4 years of experience in information technology field.+ Experience in process design and process improvement experience a plus+ Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required+ Strong interpersonal and relationship skills+ Basic client interaction skills+ Working knowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, and computer applications a plus+ Ability to coordinate and work effectively with teammates, end-users and leadership+ Ability to work in a virtual team environment+ Ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe and manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job+ Familiarity with agile project methodology+ Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)+ Up to 10% travel may be required (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)+ Limited sponsorship may be available**Preferred:**+ Experience with cognitive automation applications (ex.
