We are looking for a reliable and experienced irrigation technician to install and service our irrigation equipment. As the Irrigation, you will be responsible for mapping out irrigation areas, digging trenches, installing equipment, testing the system, and conducting regular maintenance checks. You may also be required to install electrical timer systems, plumb outdoor water tanks, and connect water-recycling systems.

$18 – $19 DOE

A few details about the role:

• Grounds Maintenance
• Will be required to maintain all grounds.
• Will be required to mow grounds using a self-propelled/push mower or tractor.
• Will be required to trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
• Will be required to maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and beds by pruning, weeding and removing damaged leaves and branches.
• Will be required to maintain and sharpen tools and make minor repairs and maintenance to equipment.
• Will be required to maintain the automatic sprinkler system.
• Will be required to assist in snow removal, spreading salt, picking up litter, raking, bagging leaves, and the cleaning of drainage ditches and culverts.
• May be required to repair fences, walls, walks, and outbuildings, using carpentry, masonry and painting tools.
• May be required to pick up trash and garbage on a regular basis.

Assist in General Maintenance of Community

Will be required to assist in doing routine work orders of the community when not working on grounds. This may include doing minor roof repairs, painting rooms, carpentry work, minor repairs of wheelchairs, beds, and other equipment.

Observe all safety and infection control procedures and policies.

Keeps all resident information confidential in accordance with policies and H.I.P.A.A. regulations.

All other duties as assigned.
