DescriptionThe Human Resources Assistant helps organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes. They work directly with and assist the Human Resources team to fulfill a variety of necessary HR tasks. The Human Resources Assistant will support employee data entry and ensure system alignment. A Human Resources Assistant should be highly organized, detail oriented and most importantly personable and approachable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – These include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.Review and compare data accuracy across multiple plete data entry, scanning and other assigned projects as needed.A sense of energy, passion, honesty, good attendance, and personal responsibility.Persistence, dedication, organization, and commitment to a task well done.Facilitating human resources processes including reporting and data management.Assist with employee termination process and procedures.Regular attendance is required.Education and Experience Specifications:One year office and/or customer service experience, preferred.III.
