Implementation Specialist

Implementation Specialist The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about joining a fast-growing tech company. The position will involve client facing projects from pre-implementation discovery through successful implementation and hand off to Customer Success. The implementation specialist will collaborate with internal sales, marketing, support, and technology teams. Responsibilities Lead multiple projects using project management skills to support client through a smooth implementation process from start ndash handoff from Sales ndash to finish ndash handoff to Customer Success. Maintain regular contact with existing clients through implementation lifecycle. Rapidly become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for client onboarding deliverables including discovery analysis, configurations, training, go-live. Outline product development mockups workflows for API docs. Engage with new clients through detailed product demos and customized training. Track and communicate implementation process and progress using various tools Assist with pre-implementation work such as requirements gathering, data migration, coordination with partner vendors, and business analysis sessions. Assess and define clientrsquos key objectives to determine scope of work. Ability to work closely with sales, IT, and marketing, communicating, and collaborating on client projects daily. Communicate with the clientrsquos internal point of contact and team throughout the implementation project life, documenting all communication. Report weekly progress and ensure key deliverables and milestones are met. Plan and own execution of other implementation-related projects, as assigned. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continual improvement. Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and offer clients a better experience. Requirements Technical background and experience with clientserver, database, and customer information systems required. Previous experience coordinating with development teams including but not limited to gathering requirements, coordinating testing, API integration, product design and development. Proven ability to plan and deliver projects for external clients within a specific timeframe. Previous experience documenting workflows for both technical and training purposes. Strong analytical skills to be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve product application issues in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Highly motivated, driven, and passionate about technology. Desire to thrive in rapidly growing organization where you are depended upon to figure it out and do not mind changing gears on a dime. Qualifications and Skills Implementation of SaaS platform or project coordination. Expertise in budgeting, planningmodeling, and stakeholder reporting required. Superior communication (verbal, written, presentation, etc.) and interpersonal (tact, empathy, influence, etc.) skills essential within the internal team and externally with vendor and clients. Ability to handle multiple projects implementations. Nice to Have Background in the Payments, Banking, E-Commerce, Finance industries helpful but not required.
