Local Entrepreneur searching for someone who wants to learn how to successfully build, scale, and operate businesses in any industry.

I am looking for a personal assistant that is looking for more than a paycheck to complete tasks.

I am looking for someone who wants to learn how to do what I do.

Grow alongside me and become their own business mogul.

What do I do?

– My name is Joel Sanchez, and I am an entrepreneur.

I have built many different businesses across many different industries.

Currently I own 7 different businesses and serve on the executive board for 4 of them.

Current businesses scope ranges within the following industries: Corporate Business ConsultantLawn Care & Landscape DesignDigital MarketingReal Estate InvestingE-CommerceDay Trading What to expect?

– The tasks will vary from day to day, some days will be heavier than others, and some days are pretty smooth sailing.

On a daily basis I will have action items that need to be addressed, researched, and data compiled for my review.

There are business meetings almost daily, urgent requests that require pivots from everyone involved and there are many areas that can be improved on ranging from industry to industry.

Ideally, I need someone to be stuck to me, until I’ve given out direction on the day, and if needed be ok pivoting and changing priorities as needed.

Desired skills: Office skills (handling computer, Microsoft office programs, emailing, research)Phone skills – answering calls when needed, speaking professionally, and taking necessary notes / action based on those calls.Social Media – any experience using social media platforms, and familiar with the advertising aspects of each.Creativity – if you have any creative skills this is a definite plus.Organizational skillsQuickbooks experienceDesign skills – graphics / video / editing etc.

What is required?

– My requirements are not an extensive list, and I am more than flexible bringing someone onboard to teach them what needs to be done when it comes to specific skillsets.

I do have an expectation that work ethic, communication, and trustworthiness is at the highest level.

Everything else I can teach and work with.

Compensation?

– We will start with an evaluation period of 2 weeks to determine if we are both good fits with each other.

During this time, compensation will be at $10/hr.

You can expect to get paid weekly, and this position will be considered as a 1099 contractor position.
