Legal Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted September 1, 2021.

The ideal candidate has a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite, be efficient at problem solving and have excellent customer relations skills.

Responsibilities
Review and process investment fund Subscription Agreements Correspond with investor, advisor, and custodian inquiries regarding investor accounts (oral & written) Maintain database of investor, broker dealer, advisor, and RIA information Actively work with Sales and Marketing Team to provide professional and detailed brochures for potential investors Review vendor contracts and assist with lender agreements for select service hotels File all hotel permit and license renewals Provide entity management including resolution and amendment creations Supervise registered agent Actively work on records management to maintain streamlined retrieval process Assist outside legal counsel with required reports, filings, and correspondence Maintain master litigation schedule

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
