Job Description Gpac is partnered with a well-respected company looking for the right Master Grower to help take them to the next level Join a team that promotes a work-life balance and values their employees with recognition and team functions The Master Growers are responsible for overseeing the success of various growing initiatives.
The Master Grower will regularly communicate with company management to ensure all day-to-day operations across all shifts are by goals, standards, costs, budgets, and established procedures.
About the Master Grower role The ideal Master Grower has managerial skills to cultivate solid culture alongside the ability to tend to the grow to ensure production needs and maintain full compliance with all state and local regulations Manage plant germination and propagation Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules Ensure plants are receiving proper illumination, irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control Schedule harvest of plants Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes Master Grower Minimum Qualifications 3 years as a cultivator in a large-scale indoor cannabis operation, including mixed light growing Experience with automated systems (e.g., Priva, Argus, Growlink) Experience diagnosing, preventing, and treating plant health issues Degree in horticulture, Cannabis, Medicinal Plant Sciences, or similar (Preferred but not Required) To be considered, please apply with a resume.
