Mortgage Secondary Market Specialist

First Horizon Bank

This is a Full-time position in Plano, TX posted August 21, 2021.

SUMMARYProvide quality, accurate and timely service to mortgage staff and establish and maintain relationships with secondary market investors.

Protects the financial risk management and maximize profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manages risk pricing of loans in pipeline; process investor commitments; monitor rate fluctuations in marketplace and advise management of significant changes* Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data* Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and investor guidelines* Establishes and maintains secondary market investor relations by hosting and attending meetings* Oversees new loan product releases.* Retrieves investor rates, publish and distributes rate sheets on daily basis* Performs all other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
