We have multiple locations throughout the United States and are continuing to add locations to ensure better access to our unique model of care.Overview:NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is currently searching for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst for our Medical Behavioral Hospital of Clear Lake in Houston, TX.

This candidate must have experience in a Behavioral Health Hospital, and experience in a Behavioral/Psychiatric Health Department or an Acute Care setting, or Acute Care Facility is beneficial.Responsibilities:This candidate will plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses such as, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alzheimer’s, and a variety of medically complex psychiatric disorders.

The BCBA also consults with and provides education to team members regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develops and implementscomprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with team members, related service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate.Qualifications:Education: Master’s Degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices.Experience: A minimum of two years of recent experience working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders.

Experience developing positive behavior support plans and programs experience teaching social interaction.Licensure: Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.#INDEEDMED
