This is a Full-time position in Round Rock, TX posted June 26, 2021.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual that can multi-task and handle phones and all of the admin duties that have to do with our applicants.
Monday to Friday

8am-5pm,

Plus Health benefits, medical, dental and vision

Pay depending on experience (starts at $13.00)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls

• Greet visitors/applicants

• Updates and maintains recruiting database

• Keeping office clean and following safe housekeeping practices

• Checking email consistently throughout the day for new job orders and instructions

• Screen applicants/candidates

• Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Follow up on the interview process status

• Posts and updates positions on various websites and recruiting portals

• Conduct phone screening, video interview, face to face interview

• Handles the on-boarding process

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for the office and clients

• Assist in contacting applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection

• Must maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information

• Assist with on-boarding process, which includes new hire paperwork and I-9

• Perform administrative duties as needed which include printing, copying, scanning, and faxing

• Capability to work under pressure

• Time management, collaboration skills and flexibility

• Maintain close contact with the key principles at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible.

• Consistently exceed client and talent expectations and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.

• Additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:

• 1-2 years administrative experience required

• Business professional attitude

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload

• Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Drive, Email.

• Ability to speak, read and write both English and Spanish
