Operations Coordinator

Great Western Valve

This is a Contract position in Clute, TX posted June 24, 2021.

SUMMARY

An Operations Coordinator is responsible for the management of departments required to run the operations of a business. The Operations Coordinator will work directly under the location manager. A successful Operation Coordinator should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently with minimal guidance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assisting with daily business operational activities.

· Performs administrative task such as answering telephones, scheduling meeting, processing expense reports, etc.

· Maintaining office supplies and office equipment.

· Maintaining customer relations and answering inquiries.

· Tracking the progress of assignments until their completion.

· Assisting in the onboarding of new hires and maintaining personnel files.

· Assisting in the processing of payroll by keeping up with time for the location.

· Running data reports as needed for management.

· Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets.

· Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.

· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong communication skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and within a team on a variety of projects

· Basic math skills

· High School diploma

· 3 years’ experience in administrative functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $0.01 per hour
