Overnight Reset Team Lead

Premium Retail Services

This is a Contract position in Royse City, TX posted July 20, 2021.

As team lead, it’s your responsibility to ensure we deliver for Premium clients by assisting the retailer with a remodel of their store location. You and your team will carefully follow and implement planograms (POGs, or detailed instructions), set signage where needed, and more to make the vision of the store come to life.

What will you do?

* Supervise a team of 15 or more team members in the store(s) you reset.
* Communicate and collaborate with retail store management to keep them informed.
* Share feedback and insights with Premium leadership.
* Plan, coordinate, and lead nightly team meetings to stay on top of objectives.
* Oversee team attendance and scheduling including lunches, late arrivals, early dismissals and no-shows.
* Coach and mentor team members, providing consistent and constructive feedback to ensure development and success.
* Enforce uniform, training completion, and tool work requirements.
* Validate accuracy of all work completed by team members.
* Provide detailed and direct instructions to team members.

How will you succeed?

* Building an excellent service relationship with your team members and retail store leadership.
* Remaining accessible and maintaining open communication with your Regional Manager.
* Motivating, coaching and leading your team members to complete the tasks at hand.
* Communicating effectively across your team.

What experience should you have?

* Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
* Experience managing teams of up to 15 or more people.
* Basic data and computer reporting experience.
* Minimum one year merchandising or retail experience.
* Proficient in reading and implementing a planogram (POG) and / or detailed instructions.
* A High School degree or equivalent required.

What are the necessary tools and requirements?

* Your driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to get you from multiple retail locations in your area.
* Must be able to stand, squat, kneel for 8-10 hours and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
