Job Summary

Under Supervision, This Position Is Responsible For Providing Oversight And Maintenance Of All System-Related Provider Files. Handling The Identification And Correction Of Provider Data Issues. Supporting The Provider Administration Functions In Order To Maintain Compliance With Established Procedures And Quality Standards. Coordinating Development And Maintenance Of All Training Materials.

Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or GED.
* 3 years claims/customer service experience with 1 year Provider Relations experience.
* Knowledge of dental benefits, contracts and all lines of dental business.
* Experience prioritizing tasks and workflow.
* Experience working well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Organizational skills.
* Must be dependable and a team player.
* Decision making skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency in Word and Excel.
