Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

This is a Contract position in Dallas, TX posted September 15, 2021.

Prominent, Denver law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize a high volume of work within a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities: Handling cases from inception through trial (as needed) Drafting pleadings E-Filing with Colorado courts Requesting medical records, police reports and other case materials Managing case files Calendaring Communicating with clients, attorneys, the courts, and others Scheduling meetings, appointments and other events Trial preparation Job Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably handling plaintiff personal injury cases Experience electronically filing in Colorado courts Proficiency with the Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Familiar with deadlines and managing attorney calendar Upbeat, self-starting, and solution-oriented College degree or paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required Schedule: Full-time, Monday
– Friday Job Type: Contract/temp to Direct Hire Offering highly competitive compensation based on experience.
