Job Description:

Plant Coordinator 

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual as a Plant Coordinator for our Performance Products Division located at our manufacturing site .

As a Plant Coordinator, you will provide general administrative and clerical duties for the site manager and Conroe facility.

As the , you will:

• Maintain, review, and coordinate handling of files (maintenance, production, and regulatory).
• Coordinate the site wide file retention system.  Maintain the plant library (central file system), and coordinate shipment of files to permanent storage. Train site personnel in the document retention procedure.
• Provide general clerical administrative assistance by preparing documents and spreadsheets, handling office supplies, and working with office equipment.
• Develop presentation slides for plant management as needed.
• Maintain the site manager’s calendar.  Coordinate meeting changes and conference room reservations, etc. as needed.
• Maintain and submit management expense reports.
• Back up the plant Document Coordinator position during their scheduled leave.
• Serve on the rewards and recognition committee and coordinate events as needed for the team.
• Coordinate executive leadership site visits including meals, personal protective equipment needs, etc.

Skills and experiences required:

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of administration experience
• 2+ years in a management assistant role preferred
