In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

As an Operations Strategy Analyst, you will work with our Digital Products team in analyzing product requirements and defining operational support models.

In this role, you will work on a virtual team of people who are responsible for Service Operations Strategy for our Digital Products.

We have a structured process that you’ll be trained in that goes all the way from intaking a new product idea, to designing a best fit operations model, to building that product for operations non-functional requirements, and to eventually seeing the operational design go into practice as our products take off in the marketplace.

To qualify for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience working in strategy and project management roles.

We are looking for a go-getter who is a fast learner, adaptable, uses an analytical mindset, has worked on computational models in sheets or excel, loves planning, sticking to a plan, and keeping others accountable.

Your work history should include having worked for one or several technology companies in the past.

Having been an IT Manager, or having worked alongside one is a plus.

Also having experience in Product Lifecycle management is preferred.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Having experience on Agile, ITIL, ITSM, IT Operations, or project management skills; Having a work ethic and a positive attitude; Being able to consistently exercise independent judgment and employ critical thinking and reasoning skills; Being able to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively via written and verbal methods; Taking on on new responsibilities and challenges proactively using sound judgment to balance and maintain all projects; Being capable of and willingness to adapt to a changing environment; Being detail-oriented and results-driven; Possessing a curious nature with a knack for learning and analysis; Having time-management and organizational skills; Being able to prioritize effectively; Being able to work independently as well as function well as part of a team; Providing support to the Operations Strategy team in numerous projects to ensure they run smoothly; Maintaining and monitoring projects and schedules ensuring deadlines are met; Helping determine best methods to perform project tracking and reporting tasks; review completed projects and makes recommendations for future process enhancements; Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options; Providing timely, helpful and thorough responses and resolutions to requests; Developing a technical understanding of products and communicate effectively; and, Providing varied and complex administrative and technical skills in support of our operations department.
