You take action… because it represents opportunity not fear.When you see progress, it gives you hope and inspires you.Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Production, the Production Coordinator/Analyst serves as the direct and primary point of contact for all production execution activities for all third-party brewery partners and re-pack operations. This position is responsible for a variety of the day-to-day data transfers into the appropriate Pabst system as well as ensuring the production plans are fully communicated, executed, tracked and reported by our partners. This person will assist in the key functional duties involved in production, systems reporting and internal communications ensuring all PBC stakeholders are informed of any plan changes that impact their execution responsibilities.What You’ll Do:* Maintain and drive prioritized focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity & Financial Performance for production execution and operational business objectives* Utilize creativity and innovation in approach toward day-to-day execution and continuous improvement, with key focus on tracking & reporting and communication transparency.* Track key process metrics for all operating partner activities.* Develop & implement plans to achieve initiative targets & business objectives* Support daily / weekly / monthly production execution reviews & report out with each respective operating partner as appropriate.* Provide daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual update reports to colleagues and Brewing Operations leadership team with effective verbal and written communications.* Owner of production plan variance tracking & reporting.* Responsible to track, report, and deep dive on material losses versus established standards, establishing best practices and driving process improvement.* Primary lead on tracking, reviewing, and approving all partner production invoices, ensuring execution per contract and expectations, driving reconciling for any cost discrepancies as necessary.* Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all formal communication of all brewing & packaging production request to all partners.* Owner of all master data controlling production planning yields & efficiencies, tracking data from all production reporting, and conducting regular audits to validate assumptions.* Operate daily within ERP system to manage all required data to support brewing & production tracking, brewing & production activities & production planning, ensuring timely and accurate updates, including issuing purchase orders as required.* Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Knowledge of manufacturing processes (brewing operations processes preferred) and specific impacts to the production process.* Strong analytical skills, highly focused on providing a structured, systematic approach to delivering data-driven solutions.* Proven ability to manage customer relationships, develop business plans, focus on goals & objectives and displays sense of urgency with bias towards delivering results.* Effectively operate in a team environment.* Excellent interpersonal, management, critical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects and easily adapt to changing situations.* Microsoft Dynamix AX experience.* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate. and present to both internal and external audiences.* Forward thinker with positive attitude and influence who actively seeks opportunities.* Proven ability to create and implement policies/programs while influencing change.* Detail and multi-task oriented; demonstrated ability to successfully juggle competing priorities and sometimes conflicting goals.* Computer proficiency required, including experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)* Passionate about the craft of brewing…lives and breathes beer!* Understands Lean principles with a focus on processes.What You’ll Need* Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degrees or certifications beneficial* 5+ years’ business work experience, majority preferably in production / manufacturing organization and / or facility* Previous work in beverage / CPG industry desired; brewery experience beneficial* Professional certifications in supply chain management or procurement or similar from organizations such as APICS beneficial* Six Sigma belt certifications helpfulPBC takes pride in developing and promoting talent as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
