Project Controls Lead


This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted April 1, 2021.

nnLOCATIONS: Austin, TXnn nn n nn nnREPORTS TO: Project Controls Manager or Director of Developmentnn nn n nn nnALTERNATIVE TITLE: Project Control I or Project Control II (final title dependent upon experience and skill set)nn nn n nn nnJOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:nn nn
· Assist Project Managers in execution of large scope projects by maintaining database integrity.nn nn
· Track documentation to ensure our projects meet applicable design & standards.nn nn
· Partner with the greater team to obtain/resolve missing and/or inaccurate documentation.nn nn
· Partner with the client to provide accurate documentation for their review/approval to allow for invoice processing.nn nn
· Participate in internal meetings to discuss project status and timelines.nn nn
· Maintain and promote high level of quality while meeting projected timelines.nn nn
· Escalate functional, quality, issues as needed.nn nn
· Communicate with Site Acquisition/Planner/Client to ensure any out of scope reimbursable is documented for the client per the terms of the agreed upon scope of work.nn nn
· Assist project team with external vendor management.nn nn
· Assist with walk coordination and A&E (Architecture & Engineering) site walk coordination, as needed.nn nn
· Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal departments, functions and parties as needed.nn nn
· Additional administrative support, such as completing forms as directed by Project Manager, Project Associate, Program Manager, or Regional Manager, as needed.nn nn n nn nnQUALIFICATIONS:nn nnThe ideal candidate will be/have:nn nn
· Bachelors Degree or equivalentnn nn
· Basic data manipulation skills in Excelnn nn
· Basic PowerPoint creation using existing templatenn nn
· Ability to prioritize and manage various projects simultaneouslynn nn
· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamnn nn
· Proven ability to define and meet individual and team project goalsnn nn
· Self-motivated and have an uncompromising work ethicnn nn
· Customer-service orientednn nn
· Strong written and verbal communication skillsnn nn
· Prior Wireless Telecommunications experience a plusnn nn
