The Global Operations Project Engineer will support the global operations of the Complete Combustion Solutions (CCS) engineered systems group.

CCS provides turn-key combustion solutions for new or existing applications in a wide range of industrial and commercial markets.

This position will support the Global Operations team in tracking and monitoring the operations in 6 global offices.

Key Responsibilities
· The Project Engineer is responsible for monitoring and tracking of global projects and resources for the Complete Combustion Solutions (CCS) engineered systems group.
· Identify operational priorities by assessing global projects objectives, such as, efficiency, cost target, safety, quality, & on-time delivery.
· Support operational management reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends.
· Support the identification and mitigation of global projects risks related to projects activities in Engineering, ISC, and Business.
· Support global standardization efforts to align global offices mechanical and electrical design software and product data management systems.
· The Project Engineer will on occasion coordinate projects across various functional groups and provides guidance and oversight to the Engineering Design effort.

This will include the timely completion of engineering design drawings, customer approval drawings, and detailed fabrication drawings.
· Support P&E and application teams on technical review of Requests for Quote (RFQ) and/or Customer Purchase Orders to determine design requirements, finalizing requirements for engineering resources, identifying opportunities for standard component utilization and meeting customer expectations. YOU MUST HAVE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, design, and fabrication of process equipment like piping, valves, skid systems, heat transfer equipment, pressure vessels, blowers, burners, etc.
· 5 years of Operations or Project Management experience.
· Knowledge of piping codes
– ASME B31.1 and B31.3.
· Familiarity with various global mechanical and electrical codes and standards like NFPA, NACE, UL, FM, etc.WE VALUE
· Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or an MBA is highly preferred.
· Experience with SAP – financials reporting, data collection, etc.
· Experience with Salesforce – Reporting and dashboards.
· Experience in data analytics and manipulation for monitoring and trending of global projects to assess KPI targets including OTTR.

· Knowledge of P&ID and controls systems.
· Ability to work well in a global team environment is required.

· The ability to travel globally up to 25% annually to global design offices and fabrication facilities.
