We are looking for an RN with at least 2-years inpatient operating room experience About the Job As part of the multidisciplinary team, this position is responsible for the care of surgical patients during the intraoperative phase. A successful team member in this position is a team player, flexible with changes, clear communicator, understands and assists with the roles of their peers, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Highlighted Responsibilities · The RN Clinical Instructor is a hybrid bedside RN and bedside educator role. In addition to independently performing the functions of a Registered Nurse in direct patient care, the RN Clinical Instructor also spends 1-2 shifts per week providing bedside guidance, coaching and training to clinical team members. The role uses the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care and uses adult learning theory to enhance the professional role development of others. Services include: Dental, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Oral and Maxillofacial, General Surgery, Urology, Robotics, Transplant, Neuro, and bariatric surgery.
